“ This is one of the gems hiding in a corner strip. The place is small set with 8 tables max. The style of pay first is a trending more now in NM. Onto the food. It is without a doubt some of the best Korean food I have had in awhile. The best side or main dish if you wish is the Veggie Pancake! The sauce that comes with this as well is the perfect condiment for it and the other food as well if you are a sauce person. The level of spiciness with food label spicy is moderate for anyone. The way the pork and chicken have been grilled was perfect nothing overcooked or undercooked. Most notably was the owner! She was willing to work with a customer who was vegetarian but had allergies, in addition was willing to customize menu items at zero cost. If that is not customer service then I don't know what is. ”

“ Small Korean fusion restaurant with big flavor in every bowl. The food is affordable and absolutely delicious. The workers are always polite and seem happy. I recently moved from across town and this is my new favorite spot to eat close to my home. I like the spicy pork bowl or the regular beef. the Kimbap (Korean sushi) with spicy tuna is to die for. ”
“ Visited August 6, 2024. Hint- the kimchi is not spicy at all. This time, we had the specials: sweet and sour chicken and Korean beef special. The specials are big: the main protein, rice or noodles, potstickers or egg rolls, salad, and a mini omelet, see the photos. Cost was 26.96 plus tip. Again, all very good. First visit. We ate a Korean Beef Bowl, Korea Style Glass Noodles and Thai Iced Tea for 31 plus tip. The flavor and quantity were more than what we expected. We will definitely go back. We were also given complimentary small pancakes that were delicious. The owner was very nice. ”

Then our food arrived and I was impressed with how fresh everything was, and the delicious flavors all complimented each other. We both got the BBQ Chicken Special. Super satisfying. “ I came in for lunch. At peak busy hours seating can be tough to find. I was lucky to find a seat and had a wonderful lunch. I ordered The Korean Beef Special with Japchae & egg rolls, Korean Pancakes (half order), and a Thai Iced Tea. The flavor brings everything together. I’ve been coming here for a long time now. Everything I’ve had from here is really good. Also the kimchi & kimchi cucumbers is also a nice flavor addition to anything you’re eating. Definitely would recommend others to give Asian Pear a try. NOTE: you can sample the Korean pancakes before order a set of them. ”
